When confirming an order via the site or WhatsApp, details are reviewed with our team (product, quantity, price, delivery address). The order is binding after our final confirmation. Prices are in Iraqi dinars unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery
We deliver to governorates across Iraq. Delivery times are estimates and vary by area and shipping conditions. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, road closures, etc.).
5. Returns and exchanges
Return and exchange policy depends on product type and condition. Contact us via WhatsApp or email about your order before returning any product.
6. Intellectual property
The Mada Mall logo and visual and text content on the site are protected. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.
